• What is playwork?
  
• Playwork is like homework and you should have fun doing it. Playwork is exercises, drills, and practices to change your everyday thinking into extraordinary living. We highly recommend you go through each playwork thoroughly during and after the workshop to continue to create deep learning within you. Playwork may not be given with Special Guest Speakers or Instructors. Usually the Special Guest Speaker has their own method for teaching and usually you won't receive any playwork with these instructors.

• Can I pay by check or money order for the Workshop?
  
• Yes, you can. You must have mailed it to Persistent Success address by at least 2 days before the Workshop or Tele-Workshop. If you do pay by check include the full amount including shipping if any. Also note that all mail coming to us must be post marked before the expiration date to get any early registration discount if any. Make sure you include your phone number and e-mail address. • In the Tele-Workshop is my privacy secure?
  
• When we speak on the phone we ask you not to use last names or indicate any personal information that you are uncomfortable with giving out to other participants who might know you. Ideally you don't have to use your first name at all if you choose not except as you introduce yourself in the beginning of the workshop. We do our best to edit out any and all names from the workshop sessions.  We ask all participants to keep other people's information private in each workshop. You must agree to keep other peoples personal information private who participate with you or you should not register.

• What happens if for some reason the phone numbers or codes don't work for the Tele-Workshop?
  
• Sometimes technical and speaker challenges happen every once in a great while. We highly recommend you check your e-mail before the tele-workshop or workshop each week for any possible announcements, changes in the agenda, and especially when you can't connect on your phone.

• Do you record the Tele-Workshop?
  
• Yes, we do record all of the Tele-Workshops and most but not Tele-Workshops include the MP3 downloads as a FREE bonus. These MP3's are complimentary to use for your own personal use. These are for your continued discoveries of your conscious and unconscious worlds. You agree that you will not copy these MP3 for other people who didn't attend the Tele-Workshop. You also agree that you will not sell or share these MP3s or any form of the MP3's including written text format in any way, shape or form. Thank you!  

• What happens if the recording for the Tele-Workshop doesn't work?
  
• Sometimes technical problems crop up even though it is very rare. We first try another code or another number and code that we would give over the phone when the majority of people who are there. So be early or on time to make sure you get this information. All participants are asked to wait three minutes before they call back in to the conference line to join the workshop instructor. If that doesn't work then we will put this particular tele-workshop to the next week and reschedule the last tele-workshop for another day. Which is usually the next week on same day and same time if at all possible.

• Are we calling in on a 1-800 type number?
  
• To keep the tele-workshop cost as low as possibly for you we do not offer a 1-800 type number at this time. Whether it be Canada or USA the only cost to call in is your long distance charges if you are not in the area code of the call. For those who don't already have unlimited long distance from their long distance provider you can ask them for an upgrade to unlimited long distance for the time of the workshop. For those who may not have any long distance click HERE as just one option for those with home phones. Check out your local phone company or Target or Walmart for phone cards or other options. Please note that we are not recommending any particular carrier of long distance or option for you.

• If I sign up for a workshop and can't make it for personal reasons what can you do for me?
  
• You can listen to the tele-workshop from a download MP3 recordings after the tele-workshop plus get all the playwork or exercises if any. Most Tele-Workshops with recordings will be available usually within 7 days online and will be announced as soon as it is available through the workshop e-mail list. There is an exception to this if we have technical difficulties with the recording equipment, computers, and web sites, etc. then it may be longer or at the worst case scenario which is possibly not at all. Never have we had this happen before and don't have any plans for having this be the case. We work on re-recording it if it is at all possible.
  
• or We can give you a credit towards any workshop, Audio Program on Law of Attraction University, or Coaching if you cannot attend or not able to download the workshops on MP3 because of our website challenges. Please let us know before the first workshop starts if you can't attend.

• Can I get Audio CDs of the Workshop?
  
• Yes. We will offer a participants version to buy after the workshop for about 35% to 40% off normal pricing.

• Will these be in a home study course if I want to recommend this workshop to a friend at a later date?
  
• Yes. We will usually offer a version available sometime in the future at Law of Attraction University This is usually weeks or months away before they will be available to download or get the Audio CDs.
